Beautiful house in Trouville, 10 minutes walk from the beach, the train station and the market. Very bright thanks to its south orientation and its many windows, it is in very good condition. It has a surface area of 100 m² on 2 levels. The house has a large garden not overlooked.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with semi-open kitchen and balcony where you can eat, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet.
The garden level has 2 bedrooms, 1 with shower room, 1 separate toilet, a shed with sink, 1 large living room.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE

Bed linen and towels are provided only for stays of 15 days

The area is a very quiet residential area. Most of the houses are inhabited all year round.

Walks:
-The Trouville Plates
-A very nice walk: return (3 hours) to Villerville (small café on the beach of Villerville),
but only at low tide
-The boards of Deauville (coffee or swimming in Tourgeville)
-Walks in the interior accessible on foot: The Butte Fréville, Les Creuniers
-In the forest (with a car): the Breuil wood (possibility to combine with a walk on the
Pennedepie beach on the way down the Chemin de Bretagne)

Car trips: Honfleur (15 minutes), Le Havre, loops of the Seine (further afield)
