In a calm neighborhood, you will have direct access to all the stores and restaurants of the city and will be ideally situated to enjoy a nice stay on the Normandy coast.

This comfortable and neatly decorated apartment is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator), consists of a living space of 24 sq. m and includes:
- a nice balcony giving on the park,
- a pleasant living-room with a sofa and a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV,
- an access to the residence private swimming-pool (from mid-May until late September)

## Neighborhood

In a quiet neighborhood at the entrance of Trouville, you will not lack anything to enjoy a wonderful stay in this charming seaside resort, just by walking around! You will be able to stroll between the different Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the port or visit the city’s museums. You will find the beach at a ten minutes drive as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental: try the bakery Dupont, the popular pizzeria Il Parasole or the café-bar with good atmosphere Les Artistes. Lastly, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous Planches.
