Renovated fisherman's house in the center of TROUVILLE

Bright house in the city center and 10 minutes walk from the sea. A private terrace of 16m2! The completely renovated house is very bright and pleasant on 3 levels. It is equipped with WIFI access and 2 TV, composed of an entrance kitchen, a toilet, and a stay in the DRC, a room on the 1st and a second room, a room of shower toilet in the 2nd floor, and a third room under roof. The beach, the casino, the fish market Trouville are just steps away!

The EUR 120 cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels to be paid on site directly.

Très bien situé.

Nous sommes venus à 3 amis pour faire le triathlon de Deauville. C'était parfait : maison très bien située (plein centre de Trouville, stationnement facile et gratuit, à peine à 10 minutes en vélo du site du triathlon), trois chambres séparées et confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Accueil parfait : sympa, ponctuel et flexible sur les horaires d'arrivée.

Superbe demeure pour un séjour à Trouville

Excellente maison, bien située à proximité du centre ville avec toute commodité. Seule inconvénient pas de parking privé. Un peu compliqué pour trouver une place en haute période.

Zentral und sehr gut ausgestattet

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und mit den 3 Schlafzimmern perfekt für uns mit zwei Kindern im Teenager-Alter. Dank der Rollläden blieb auch die Hitze (zumindest ein Stück weit) draußen. Bei geöffneten Fenstern nachts zur Straße „lebhaft“. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum.

Vacances perturbées

Mauvaise surprise car nous avons du quitter cette location prématurément en raison d’une fuite d’eau. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire mais cet imprévu a perturbé notre court séjour par la recherche d’une nouvelle location pour ma famille ainsi qu’un coût supplémentaire. Sans compter la perte de 27% de notre acompte non remboursé par le propriétaire et 90 Eur non remboursé par l’agent immobilier. Pilule dure à avaler pour une nuit au lieu de quatre.

Dommage que la propreté laisse à désirer

Petite maison sympa avec toutefois beaucoup d’escaliers un peu raides et une rue très passante avec stationnement difficile. Le plus regrettable pour moi c’est la propreté un peu limite. Pour qui voudrait cuisiner les ustensiles tels que les poêles et les casseroles sont dégradés et mériteraient d’être changés.

Maison agréable où tout le monde a pu trouver son espace (5 personnes). Décoration soignée et propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. À recommander.

Très agréable séjour dans une charmante maison de pêcheurs extrêmement bien située

Petite maison de pêcheur qui a gardé tout son charme tout en étant très fonctionnelle Ses 3 chambres permettent d’accueillir plusieurs personnes tout en gardant son indépendance Elle est centrale permettant de tout faire à pieds, aller à Deauville et sur la plage de Trouville Très bon équipement accueil et remises des clefs parfaits

Super emplacement

Maison assez spacieuse pour 5 personnes. Très bon accueil. La location est bien placé très proche du marché des commerces et de la plage. Pas de difficulté pour se stationner un peu plus haut dans la rue. Stationnement gratuit
