Bénitier is one of our 2 ground floor sea view apartments overlooking the magical beauty and calm of the Indian Ocean.

Bénitier has been renovated so that you may deep your gaze into the turquoise waters from the time you wake up and from all main rooms. Its large folding doors in the lounge are an invitation to go onto its private terrace to have breakfast or simply relax on a deckchair. A few more steps crossing the garden and you are on the beach. Its blue tones, its brightness and simple decoration, are a true invitation to relaxation and blissfulness. You will find all comfort and contemporary amenities to spend a wonderful time at l’Abri-Côtier.

Cet endroit est juste incroyable ! Les pieds dans l’eau ! Et à l’île Maurice, c’est tellement appréciable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dès qu’on le souhaite ! Un petit coin de paradis

Un rez de jardin, littéralement les pieds dans le sable et l'eau, avec une vue magnifique du lagon de trou aux biches... fantastique. Voir le coucher de soleil de la terrasse en train de siroter un cocktail... inoubliable.

Beachfront Bliss

Modern decor with open plan living. Sliding Doors straight on to balcony , through 20m of garden and then straight on to beach. We enjoyed sun loungers and privacy in garden while still being able to see the water. Chez popo supermarket across the road is great, we enjoyed the freshly baked baguettes. Bring your snorkelling gear as the reef directly in front of apartment has some good sealife. Thoroughly enjoyed, thanks Florence. Thanks to Fiona as well who helped us prepare for cyclone during our stay.

Appartement très agréable joliment décoré, confortable, les pieds dans l'eau avec supermarché juste derrière, très pratique. La plage est belle avec de nombreux bateaux. De magnifiques couchers de soleil.

Séjour de rêve

Nous revenons chaque année, depuis 3 ans, dans ce décor de rêve. Appartement pieds dans l’eau très bien situé qui permet de belles promenades sur la plage. Et les couchers de soleil quel régal........ Pour les courses super marché « Popo » face à la résidence, restaurants et arrêts de bus à proximité. Marcelline qui entretient l’appartement tous les jours est très agréable, souriante et joyeuse. Alexandra, gérante, est très efficace et sympathique, les petits problèmes du quotidien sont vites résolus. Nous y revenons en 2019 et nous conseillons cette location sans hésitation.

2'ème séjour de rêve à l'abri-côtier

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans l'appartement bénitier! Nous étions avec nos deux filles de 7 et 10 ans. Lieu magnifique, le rêve de dormir avec le bersement du bruit des vagues! Un grand merci aux personnels sur place pour l'accueil et les conseils ! Le supermarché popo de l'autre côté de la route est très pratique et il y a de nombreux food-truck pas loin! On espère pouvoir revenir bientôt une 3eme fois ....

Beautiful spot right on the beach

We had a fantastic 3 weeks staying at L'Abri Cotier. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the highlight being the amazing garden leading directly out onto the beach. Perfect for relaxing in the sun, taking a dip, building sand castles or just sitting on the terrace watching the sun go down. Ideal with young kids - our two were so happy running down to the beach to play in the sand and splash in the sea, and you can easily keep an eye on them from the house or the terrace. Alexandra and Fiona were looking after us at the property and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues - a leaking shower, a blocked drain - and these were always fixed the same day or next day with absolutely no fuss. They also arranged a babysitter for us and made recommendations for car hire and things to do. The apartment is cleaned every day except Sunday and the maid can also come in and cook Mauritian food for you. Location is excellent: the supermarket Chez Popo is right outside and the road has buses going up to Grand Baie and down to Port Louis. A short 5-minute walk away (at Trou-aux-Biches public beach) there are a few restaurants, shops, a post office and more buses if you need them. Turn right and walk another 5 minutes up Trou aux Biches road and you can get amazing croissants at Florensuc patisserie and excellent steaks, lamb chops etc at Meat Up if you fancy cooking. All in all, highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

UN PARADIS SUR TERRE

Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel par Alexandra dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme n'a d'égal que son sourire. Marceline au ménage et à la cuisine est au top; en plus elle est adorable. Quant à la maison face à la mer, c'est un vrai bonheur. Nous avons été enchantés et nous reviendrons.

Emplacement privilégié sur la plage

Que dire , tout simplement magnifique, décoré avec goût, confortable et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Marceline chargée de l'entretien du bungalow, s'est montrée efficace, toujours gaie, pleine d'humour et de surcroît une excellente cuisinière qui n'hésite pas à partager ses recettes. Quant à La gouvernante Alexandra, elle veille avec discrétion et efficacité au bien être des hôtes et est à l'écoute de leurs souhaits. Une vue exceptionnelle sur le lagon avec des couchers de soleil dont on ne se lasse jamais. D'ailleurs, nous avons déjà réservés pour 2017 et les années suivantes

Bel appartement à quelques mètres de l'océan. Le logement est très bien entretenu, il y a toutes les commodités à proximité, l'accueil et personnel très sympa et le cadre est magnifique (le snorkeling depuis la plage vaut la peine). En conclusion, une adresse que je ne peux que recommander!

Très bien placé face mer et plage, proche de tous les lieux d'activité de trou aux biches (plage publique, supermarché, restaurants...). Tout se fait à pied ! Appartement agréable à vivre, très propre, neuf et moderne, jolie deco. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute, présent mais pas intrusif. Résidence sécurisée, y compris pour la voiture si vous en avez une. Le mini immeuble contient 3 appartements : 2 face mer accès direct à la plage (le notre / formidable) + 1 au dessus avec une sublime terrasse.

Notre séjours à Maurice

Nous avons passé un séjour d’environs 3 semaines fin septembre 2015. Appartements entièrement refaits cet été, appartements clairs simples et fonctionnels, super bien équipé, cuisine complète, chambres bien équipées pour supporté les grandes chaleurs, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Terrasse super pratique, confortable et une vue et accès à la plage comme dans les rêves. Pour le shopping, rien de plus simple, vous traverser la route vous y êtes. Personnelle très sympathique et accueillant, comme savent le faire les mauriciens. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourné à l’île Maurice, et nous avons trouvé là le meilleure hébergement Nous pouvons que le recommander fortement
