Bryce Vistas Vacation Apartment - Claron Suite

Welcome to Bryce Vistas Vacation Apartment, we are located on the doorstep of Bryce Canyon National Park, in the beautiful town of Tropic, Utah.

Our Vacation Rental Apartment is immersed by the surrounding landscapes, where it provides a secluded getaway, but is close enough to Parks, Hikes, Restaurants and shopping.

The beauty of this area is not only its red rock colors, hoodoos, and arches, but being on the cusp of high mountain lakes, and pine forests. It's where the deserts & mountains converge, and it's one of the most spectacular places on earth.

Let yourselves feel free to explore, and experience this unforgettable part of the world.

THE APARTMENT

This spacious 700 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment has a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to make your own meals (except the food of course - some basic spices, oil, etc. are included) with seating and place settings for four. The private bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath (tub/shower).
There are two twin-sized beds in the living area. In addition, the living room is furnished with sofa, arm chair and 40' Smart TV. Free WIFI

THE LOCATION

Bryce Vistas is a secluded retreat, away from the busy tourist areas, yet just 1.6 miles to Tropic and only 10 minutes to Bryce Canyon. This property is centrally located to many State and National Parks: Bryce Canyon, Red Canyon, Kodachrome Basin, Grand Staircase, Dixie National Forest and just a little further to Zion National Park, Boulder Mountain and Capitol Reef. You could easily stay here for a week without running out of places to go and things to do. The stars are especially gorgeous out here away from the lights.

Staying at Bryce Vistas was a great decision! It is so close to Bryce Canyon and probably the most comfortable and clean vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Jennifer and Michael gave wonderful communication especially about directions and location. They thought of everything in the apartment to make your stay cozy and homey. There is not a lot around in the very small town, but they have a market and excellent pizza place. If you are looking for a clean, comfy, quiet, spot close to the canyon, I definitely recommend Bryce Vistas!

An easy-going and comfortable stay

The location was quiet and convenient, just down the road off the highway. Communications were friendly and prompt, and Jennifer was a delight to meet when we arrived. There were plenty of Bryce and other resources in the apartment to help with activity planning. It was a great stay.

Super convenient to Bryce and Red Canyon

Very clean and comfortable. The hosts, who live upstairs of the apartment, greeted us when we arrived then gave us our space.

Extremely clean, spotless. Had everything we needed, and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable,we had a very good time. Only issue, and one that had no bearing on our stay was the outside appearance gave us pause, as the yard was unkept and paint was peeling off the treated wood deck. But never judge a book by the cover. The apartment was spectacular and we spent our outside time at the parks.

This was a wonderful stay! The apartment was amazing, very clean and had so many extras. We appreciated the stocked cupboards and everything was exceptionally clean. This was one of the best stays we have had, and we travel a lot. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Great Property

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Nicely decorated and well maintained-has everything you need if you're staying 2 nights or 2 weeks. We loved guidebook and super easy check-in. Great coffee shop nearby.

Peaceful, great location near Bryce

Very nice private quiet apartment near Bryce. Everything you need is in the apartment. Jennifer provided wonderful information for the area. We loved Stone Hearth Grill for dinner and went back the second night too. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent oasis!

This listing was superb in every respect! The property was super clean and comfortable. It is perfectly set up for a family of four, but could accommodate more. Michael was very prompt in replying to our questions, met us at check-in, and provided some great tips about the area. We would recommend this property without reservation.

Bryce Canyon visit

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect for me, my wife and our adult daughter. The house was very clean and had nice little amenities like coffee and creamer. Great location with easy access to the park and the little town of Tropic. Jennifer the host was very responsive. Would stay there again if back in the area.

Bryce National Park Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at Michael and Jennifer's apartment. It is located in the lower level of their home with a separate entrance They have done a wonderful job designing and decorating. It looks exactly like the photos. The binder they have put together with information on Bryce, local shops, and restaurants was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect accommodations, great location!

We had everything we could ask for in this unit. It was very clean and well supplied. Mike & Jennifer were available and helpful and great hosts. It's reasonably close to Bryce (maybe 15 minutes) and the little town of Tropic has some decent restaurants and a nice grocery. We also did a day trip to Capitol Reef from here.

Excellent communication from the owners, they allowed us to check in early as we arrived early. Very cute space with tons of amenities available to accommodate all your needs and more. At first my mom was feeling skeptical about staying in the area, but all was well. Michael and Jennifer were right upstairs in case we needed anything. Their place is right outside of Bryce Canyon as stated, would definitely stay here again.

Sweet host in a great location

This town is tiny and I was a little intimidated not knowing where I was. The host was so friendly and sweet, the town feels safe, and if you are nervous about traveling and staying in locations that may feel a bit strange, trust me - this one is not just okay, it's great. Very nice space, fluffy towels, comfy bed, it was all exactly what I was looking for! Host also gave us some info on restaurants in town (pizza place was fab) and we were very happy with our stay.

Ground floor apartment was clean, convenient to Bryce NP and Tropic. Apartment amenities were good. Thank you to owner for leaving ice, it came in handy. I recommend this unit to small group that wants to easy access to local places.

A charming apartment in the heart of an agricultural area

The ultimate base for hiking in Bryce National Park. Close to the entrance to the park and at the same time located in a quiet and pleasant area. The host is a pleasant person who constantly wanted to help and was available for us. The apartment has everything a couple could ask for. There are also 2 teenage beds so the apartment can also be suitable for families with children. Highly recommended!
