"Great facility despite a small and outdated room. The cleaning wasnot perfect as we found out a full bin of trash in the bath room when we checked in first day"

Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual. "
