We had one of the apartments, which is very spacious. The place is simplistic for a b&b. There was no provided soap and the shover door doesn’t close properly. This was disappointing. "

The criticism is of the platform itself hotels.com that does not provide a vehicle for the property to be in touch with the guest for sharing details to access the property. No email was received from the property (unlike on other bookings) and only by chance were we able to reach the property owner. "
