Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. "This is an absolutely beautiful hotel/spa in Luxembourg. There was an upscale restaurant for dinner, self-serve breakfast and a bar for after dinner drinks. Bedding was extremely comfortable, room had air conditioning, heated outdoor pool, and a nice outdoor patio area to have drinks/cocktails prior to dinner. Unfortunately, we did not have time to make use of the spa, but it looked very nice."

"We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. There was no tv, the wifi was not good and the parking is just general street parking ( which we had no problem finding parking). Overall, I would personally not stay at this hotel again. It is way too run down and old. However the place would be cute if some love and care was put back into it. "

"The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the town. Easily walkable to the castle. It has its own free parking in a lot a short walk away. (Initially we didn’t know this and found parking tricky on a busy Sunday afternoon). Our room was really spacious, with quality furnishings and a big bathroom. It was a little old fashioned, but in a charming way. Dinner on the terrace was a highlight. The food, service and atmosphere were great. It’s clearly a popular spot. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend"
