"La location était propre à notre arrivée si ce n’est quelques détails comme la nécessité de nettoyer la plancha, les ustensiles de cuisine avant de pouvoir les utiliser par exemple. Aussi, une bouteille de gaz qui a permis une seule utilisation de la plancha (un peu dommage… même si le propriétaire avait dit qu’en cas de panne nous pourrions en acheter une et être remboursés mais en vacances, sans prendre la voiture, pas idéal…), un débit et une évacuation de la douche plutôt moyen, équipement...

Room 004 Kyriad Direct Aytre

"Our room was 004. Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything. One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms. Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light. I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at. The pool was very nice I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!"

"These hotels does what it says on the tin . Offers cheap accommodation for stop over . Rooms are clean but need updating . WiFi worked a dream . Down side was the shower nearly hanging off the wall and had to hold in my one had whilst I showered . "

Nice new building.

"Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Ideal for overnight stay, staff very polite and helpful. New building 2023 modern decor excellent bathroom with large shower head. Window in bedroom was large but no way to keep it open just a little for fresh air. Would stay again and recommend it to others."
