Campobasso itself is a hidden gem. The local shopping and dining were charming, with an authenticity that’s hard to find in more tourist-heavy spots. The people of Campobasso are kind, welcoming, and clearly excited to share their city with visitors. "

"Not truly located in the village of Gamberale. It is about 4 miles down the mountain side and is near the highway. The hotel itself isn't bad but has no surrounding amenities. May be good for a large family gathering. "
