Great customer service in Español and English. Beautiful building and central in Buenos Aires. Nice morning breakfast as well. Clean.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was also clean. However, the air conditioning makes a really loud noise essentially every 2 mins which makes it extremely difficult to get a refreshing night sleep! The AC unit’s main generator was in the balcony and I guess it was shared with the room next to us. So even if turned our AC unit off, the main generator was still making the loud noise. My wife couldn’t even get an hour of sleep tbh. Also we could very clearly hear the voices of our next door guests and follow their conversations which was weird and at the same time inconvenient. They weren’t even loud or shouting but still it felt like they were sitting in our room conversing! The rooms are supposed to be sound proof but wasn’t the case at all!

The location, clean room, decor, friendly staff, good breakfast all contributed to an excellent stay at Mine Hotel Botique, Palermo....I would stay here again if my travel plans bring me to Buenos Aires.

Overall, the stay was decent and the hotel met my basic needs. The property felt safe, and Orocasio was especially kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my experience at the café was uncomfortable due to one staff member who was unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. I suggest retraining or educating staff that guests pay to stay at hotel and because of this interaction, I likely wouldn’t stay here again, though aside from that issue the hotel itself was fine.
