"The property was exactly like we had expected. The home was very nicely decorated and clean. The home furnished all of the cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc. which was nice so that we didnt have to bring any of that stuff. The grandchildren had a great time and enjoyed the beach and the pool. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there wasn't much cabinet space available for food items so most of the food items we brought had to be on the counteretops, so it was hard to do anything on the countertops. While we were there we did not have a pool key for a couple of days because the renter before us forgot to leave the key there,however the property manager took care of the situation and got the key back from the renter, so the kids were happy that they could use the pool. There was a bad electrical storm while we were there that blew out the internet service, so we didn't have service for a day, but we managed to keep everyone happy playing games."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was clean and comfortable, but the view is the best. The staff from Cannon & Gruber were helpful and friendly. They are great to work with, especially at check in. The kitchen and bathrooms could use an update."

"Outstanding location! We have stayed in this complex before and loved the location so coming back was high on our list. This unit is for sure one of the best given it's corner location overlooking the beach and directly next to the beach access walkway. The finishes, appliances were all updated and we felt right at home while we were there. We will be back!"

"Family of 6, the condo was more than big enough for us, clean and updated bathrooms. Very smoothe check in and check out and the walk to the beach is great with a long boardwalk making it easy. Host was nice and responsive."
