"The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great."

"We stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed every day. Beautiful views from balcony and private pool. It’s quiet and away from popular tourist traps. Had basic kitchen amenities so we were able to make breakfast and lunch. Everything was very clean and neat on arrival. The private pool was used every day and night, fantastic for a family with kids. Stelios and staff were so kind and very helpful. Parking available and a short drive to Rethymno. "Beautiful setting and our room on 8th floor had amazing views over the sea and of the forteza. The room itself was very spacious with a separate good size bedroom with plenty of storage and open plan living room/kitchen area. Kitchen was well equipped although a few more glasses would have been nice. The bathroom was also a good size , the only negative was the shower which was over the bath and it was difficult to contain the water which sprayed everywhere including the floor. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and a nice bar area as well as an evening bar with stunning views. The staff were great . Very helpful and the cleaning was done to a high standard. Approx 15 min walk into the old town . Path was quite narrow in places and road was busy but easy to get buses and taxis. There were quite a lot of steps to the hotel just to be aware"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."
