Go and ask how long the pool will be down, since there was nothing online or during check in so was thinking maybe a quick fix and It'll be fixed. Nope was told weeks.. They offered a pass to go use thier sister hotels pool, but wouldn't you know it that pool was down. "

"Leaking water in bathroom from above floor, pool cold and area not very well kept up. Breakfast was ok. But would not stay here again. Was an interesting stay to say the least. "

"I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event and tried to check in (like they advised me to do) they told me they had no available rooms and practically kicked me out. While shutting the door behind me they said that I was given a refund. I was not. Would NEVER recommend this place. Thankfully I had a friend who was able to come pick me up and let me stay at their place otherwise I would have been stuck sleeping in my vehicle."
