We stayed for two weeks with our dog at Penelope’s flat. The whole area is gorgeous and pet friendly. The near by beach is beautifully and really easy to access. In general the geographic place of the flat is really practical to do day trips.Penelope is also a really nice host which was really responsive and als has had good tips.

Gründe für Bewertung:Ich hatte extra eine Wohnung nahe am Meer gesucht. Die angezeigte Ortsangabe stimmt nicht.Es sind nicht 400m sondern 850m und 30Höhenmeter zum Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in der obersten Reihe der Wohnanlage.Es wird mit einem Smart-TV geworben. Jedoch ist kein WiFi vorhanden. D.h. der Fernseher hat keinerlei Programm. Auch der Mobilfunkempfang ist in der Gegend eher schlecht.Die Klimaanlage schafft es bei Temperaturen über 30C nicht, auch die Schlafräume zu kühlen.Die Dusche ist winzig, ich bin sehr schlank und konnte mich nicht mal bücken.Im Bad/Toilette stinkt es furchtbar – vermutlich kommt das aus dem Lüfter.Für die Gartenmöbel und gemauerte Eckbank gibt es keine Sitzpolster.Für warme Tage gibt es mit dem kleinen Sonnenschirm zu wenig Sonnenschutz auf dem sonst schönen Balkon. Anlage:In der Anlage gibt es einem Pool gegen Bezahlung 12/Tag oder 40/Woche pro Person. Der zweite Pool ist verfallen. Eine Bar hat geöffnet, die weiteren Geschäfte/Läden waren schon länger geschlossen.Die Anlage wird sauber gehalten, allerdings wühlen Wildschweine, die auch bis direkt vor den Balkon kommen die Grünflächen immer wieder um. Positiv:Küche, Küchengerät und Einrichtung sind neuDie nächste sehr schöne Badebucht mit Sandstrand bietet Abwechslung und für geübte Schwimmer auch Sprungmöglichkeiten von den Felsen. Es gibt Standliegen für 20-30/Tag, aber auch etwas freien Sandstrand. Schwimmschuhe sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Coup de cœur !La résidence est magnifique. Parfaitement intégrée à la beauté du paysage.L'appartement est grand, bien agencé, bien équipé, terrasse avec superbe vue, et propreté impeccable. La piscine ( avec supplément très correct) est un paradis : grande, transats, parasols, vue mer, chaque jour on s'est régalé ! Il y a aussi un bar le calamita avec cette même vue pour voir les plus beaux couchers de soleil. Très bon emplacement pour visiter le nord de l'île.Je recommande vivement et si je devais revenir en Sardaigne je recontacterai Penelope.

An sich die Wohnung ist Ordnung. Unsere Bewertung könnte besser ausfallen wenn nicht folgende 3 Punkte:1. Gelistete Pool unter Unterkunft vor Ort wurde von Gastgeber als nicht Teil des Services erklärt. Nur mit Unterstützung von Hotline der Plattform wurde uns Zugang zum Pool der Anlage (leider nicht bis zur Ende unserer Aufenthalt) gegeben. Dabei verlorenen wir 4 Tage von unseren 16 Tage hier an den wir Pool nicht nutzen konnten. 2. Angegebene Entfernung zum Meer 400 m in der Überschrift ist falsch und bis unsere Abreise nicht korrigiert worden. Bitte beachten: direkte Fluglinie ca 700 m. Kürzeste Fußweg mindestens 800 m.3. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ist schwierig. Nach mehreren Versuchen direkt aufgetauchte Fragen zu klären, Gastgeber meldete sich nicht zurück. Nur mit Unterstützung von Hotline und mehreren Telefonaten konnten wir offene Fragen klären.Aus diesen Gründen werde ich 2 Sterne abziehen.
