About this property
Design and charming villa with sea view in wild Gallura with private pool
In a Gallura that refuses to be tamed — the land of Vermentino DOCG and ancient Sardinian traditions still alive. Just a step from Barbagia, halfway between the vibrancy of Olbia and the charm of Alghero, lies a unique stretch of coast: red granite rocks, trails disappearing into the Mediterranean scrub, and the Maestrale wind carrying the scent of the sea toward the northwest.
It is here, facing the Strait of Bonifacio, in Costa Paradiso, that you’ll find Villa Cruzitta: a contemporary design retreat with a separate guesthouse, created for those who love freedom, peace, and unfiltered beauty. Surrounded by an unspoiled natural landscape, the villa rises above the coastline, offering a breathtaking view that stretches from the blue of the sea to the deep green of the Mediterranean vegetation. Below it unfolds the wild infinity of nature, suspended between land and water. A modern and functional home, elegant in form yet light in spirit, where every detail is designed to blend comfort with the rhythm of nature.
The Villa - Villa Cruzitta welcomes you with airy spaces, clean lines, and materials that recall the land of Sardinia. The living area, wide and bright, opens onto two outdoor exposures through large sliding glass doors: a sea-view terrace with a dining table, and a shaded veranda at the back with a BBQ area. Next to the stone-built lounge with soft sofas lies the open-space kitchen, perfectly integrated between modern and classic style, equipped with a second dining area and direct access to the terrace with pool. A natural continuity between indoors and outdoors, where the glass walls let the landscape and the villa merge into one.
The sleeping area includes three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom just across the hall, comfortable showers, and minimal design furnishings that add warmth and intimacy. All bedrooms have direct access to the outside, creating a constant connection with the surrounding light and landscape.
The Guesthouse - A true independent home for guests, with its own entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a small living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. A separate entrance leads to the upper floor, which features a double bedroom and a second bathroom, ideal for families, friends, or guests seeking privacy.
Outdoors and the Pool - Outside, the villa opens onto a large panoramic patio and a private pool surrounded by a sunbathing area carved into the rocks and perfumed by mastic and juniper. The outdoor spaces are conceived as a natural extension of the home: lounge areas, a solarium, a small garden nook with a tea table, an outdoor shower, and shaded verandas for living every hour of the day in harmony with nature. The view is wide and boundless: the sea, the hills, and the sky merge into a single horizon that changes color with every sunset.
The Setting - Villa Cruzitta enjoys an exclusive location just minutes from the beaches of Li Cossi and Cala Tinnari in Costa Paradiso, and a few kilometers from the stunning Isola Rossa. Nearby are the authentic villages of Gallura such as Aggius, Arzachena, Palau, and Tempio Pausania. This is a region rich in experiences: horseback rides among Nuraghe, Vermentino DOCG wine tastings, diving in turquoise waters, and boat trips among hidden coves and islands.
Villa Cruzitta is a place where design meets silence, where nature enters the home, and the sea becomes part of each day. A retreat of light and freedom, in the most genuine and untamed Gallura.
