There is no poolside service. As expected these are condos, so no room cleaning. Definitely not a place for remote working, internet is really unreliable in the rooms, we had extended outages on three or four occasions."

"The garden and pool area of the hotel are delightful, very relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful but communication can be tricky due to limited English except for Bava who is very professional and attentive. Our room and bathroom were spacious but fittings are basic, I would have liked hot water in the basin, hand towels and a bedside table. The breakfast is generous and tasty, thank you!"
"The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The room was not cleaned during the week except once on request. Hence, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The shower door could not be closed. The whole building needs an uplift. Looks old, and not as attractive as the other hotels. Pool was good and clean. Staff were very obliging and helpful. Nothing was too hard for them."
