"It is really a beautiful spot and the neighborhood is as well. You are just a short and very pleasant walk from the historic center. The breakfast is excelllent, the staff and owner are all super friendly. I love the buildings and grounds which are done in authentic historical detail and construction. As an architect I really appreciated the quality and design. I would only suggest that they add TV's to the rooms and think about adding a swimming pool. It's such a beautiful spot it would...

"Good location, but bad management. Booked a 4 bed apartment, but it was not available at check in. The apartment is falling apart. The faucets come off in your hand, the doors don't close, and the shower is terrible. The staff have no training to deal with guests. The highlight was a good breakfast."

"Quarto limpo. Chuveiro não esquenta, no inverno deve ser difícil. O quarto família em que fiquei é embaixo da cozinha, às 6:30 faz muito barulho do espremedor de laranja. Mas com td isso a pousada é muito boa, tranquila, muito bonita e bem localizada. Só faltam pequenos ajustes pra ficar perfeita."

"The hotel appears to be made of different buildings. Because of this, it makes the hotel wonderful to explore. The breakfast is also very nice, with a wide variety offered. Two of us were there for nine days. The room we were in was very nice but a little sparse as it didn't have a place to unpack your clothes. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."
