"Very clean, warm and comfortable room. Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. We recommend this hotel when visiting Chur. Great location and extremely convenient location in the town. We were only there for one night when taking the Bernini Express and wished we could have stayed longer as it's a very pretty town."

"Poor quality stay for the money. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe. On the plus side the breakfast was nice and they had a smart tv which we could actually watch Netflix on (more hotels need to do this). "

"I paid more than my colleague for my two night stay. He had full pool and gym access whereas I did not have any access to either. They asked me for another 50 euro if I wanted a swim. Reception staff were rude and dismissive."

I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

Breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of fresh options every morning. What really stood out, though, was the warm hospitality, everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. Turna Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service!"
