The apartment has been renovated and furnished in a shabby chic style that combines comfort with old-world charm. The apartment building features a shared terrace with breathtaking views and three private paths leading down to the sea that reach the Quadranu Cave, a natural pool, and the small marina with a cold-water spring. Perfect for enjoying the sea in peace even during the busiest months!<br><br>The 42-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged over two levels: please note that you’ll need to climb an internal flight of stairs to reach the sleeping area.<br><br>The layout is as follows:<br>- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, coffee maker, and conventional oven<br>- Living area with dining table, sofa bed, and TV<br>- Loft sleeping area with a double bed, single bed, and clothes rack<br>- Bathroom with toilet and shower.<br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system air conditioning, two lounge chairs for the shared terrace, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
