"I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The room I was initially put in had a leaking faucet and broken lamp, but the desk staff addressed this problem immediately by putting me in another room. Location is excellent, and the Art Deco decor of the lower floors is beautiful. "

"We couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The place was way cleaner and nicer than expected. The villa was quite inexpensive when comparing it with others in Cincinnati and it was in a cute neighborhood. If you want to be near the zoo or hospital it would serve you well. We didn't need to be near those things but it was a great location with easy access to the freeway and the rest of Cincinnati. Would definitely recommend staying here, but large SUVs need to understand you will likely not fit in the parking lot in back. We tried, but it was way too tight due to other cars near the spot. There was plenty of parking in front and if you make a 5-point turn you'll be good! We didn't go to the restaurants or coffee in the area, but they seemed to be great places the locals love to go to. The nearby park was wonderful for walking our dog as well.Communication was excellent throughout and we would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect location next to UC Hospital..stayed here to assist a loved one who was admitted. Short walk to hospital and resteraunts. Artistic and interesting property.."

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm started chirping in our room. We called the front desk. They said they take care of it, but then they never did but the chirping stopped. The check-in and checkout process was very easy And then I was double charge for the room which I’m still trying to get corrected."

"House was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Host was polite and responsive. Great location close to gas station and restaurants. Would highly recommend this host and home. "

"Great house. Very clean, super cozy and well provisioned. Everything I needed for an extended stay of 9 nights. The neighborhood is fine, not far to UC/Short Vine, OTR, etc. It has a large and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the parking situation was a bit better but I parked on the side street without issue. Would stay here again. "
