"The home is large and very comfortably furnished. Kitchen was very well stocked for casual dinners to a formal affair…There is a cozy room in the basement furnished with comfortable seating, television and exercise equipment… Need to do some business while there there is a small office area tucked away in a corner of the family room. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean..Both of the bathrooms aer a good size and clean. There are two coffee makers in the kitchen and a wide selection..One thing to keep in mind if you like cream in your coffee bring it with you…There are a few packets furnished but wasn’t enough….I you are coming for Baseball you can walk to the Field of Dreams …..If you are traveling to Dyersville this is definitely a property you should stay."

"My only regret is that my stay wasn’t a work trip, and that there had been more time to enjoy the incredible amenities around the home. The layout of the main home to the incredible “barndominium” style playhouse with every game under the sun is designed for camaraderie and fun. The house was completely clean and fantastic. An absolute treasure in Dyersville."

"Such a wonderful property! Our group stayed here while in town for the Field of Dreams tournament. The house was amazing. It was spacious and well appointed and the game room was such a hit! The boys had the time of their lives staying together at this awesome property. The location was perfect, just a few minutes to town and less than 10 to the field of dreams field. The bunk rooms are up a pretty steep set of stairs, but we didnt have too much problem with that. It did get a little hot upstairs at night, but we found some fans which helped. To be fair, the week we were there was record breaking according to the locals, so I don't think it gets quite that warm all the time. The layout of the main floor was nice, and there was lot's of space for the boys ( and the dads) to spread out. The host was amazing. She was super helpful and very communicative and was always happy to answer my questions! The house sits on an acre of land and that was amazing as the boys could go outside and play in the yard and run around. The batting cages were also a hit, and helpful to get the team warmed up before our games. We would definitely stay here again, and when a few boys were asked what their favorite part of the trip was.. they said staying at the house together. Such a great experience!!"
