On the pink granite coast 10 minutes from Perros-Guirec in the Côtes d'Armor, we invite you to stay in this apartment - actually a small terraced house of 45 m² - very comfortable, triplex, for 5 to 6 people. Located in the family residence of Grand Large, you benefit from an exceptional sea view, from all rooms, on the beautiful sandy beach of Trestel, classified Blue Flag of Europe. Bright and fully equipped, you will appreciate the calm and security (access to the residence by small private road). <br>The apartment is composed of an entrance opening onto a very well equipped living room kitchen which offers an exceptional sea view of the beach of Trestel. On the floor below, on the garden level, a bedroom has 2 single beds generally arranged as a double bed and a large cupboard. This bedroom on the ground floor opens onto a large terrace and deckchairs at your disposal. A bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) completes this floor as well as an alcove which allows a bed in 90x190 for one person. A washing machine and a small freezer are also available. The second bedroom, on the upper floor, has 2 single beds which can also be arranged as a double bed at will and contains a chest of drawers and a desk. The window also overlooks the sea. Finally, the sofa bed in the living room allows you to benefit from an extra bed in 90x190. There is a TV and the apartment has a good quality internet connection.<br>Access is by car from the back (south) and you park in front of the house in a free reserved parking space! Access to the beach is immediate (100 m from the beach) and the village is a 5-minute walk away.
