"I did not have high expectations because it’s just a little motel in the middle of nowhere in Montana. But I was surprised!. It was a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable motel room. Linda at the office was extremely gracious and helpful. It is my new stop when passing through Western Montana."

"Becky is a wonderful host with such thoughtful details. Just enough amenities for our needs with answers to my questions conveniently posted on a cute sign next to each item. The cabin itself is a charming real log cabin. The loft made my kids gasp with delight, it was such a fun place for them to imagine and sleep. An enjoyable place to stay!"

"We planned a trip to the Hiawatha Bike Trail and stayed here the night before. The property was fantastic! I plan on doing the bike trail again and will definitely try to book this again. Communication with the host was excellent. Thank you for providing such a clean and cozy place for us."

"This place is phenomenal for what our family needed. It was extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable and it was well stocked with basic spices, Saran Wrap, baggies, soap, shampoo, etc. The kitchen has what you need to prepare meals and games to play. The view from the deck and near the river was outstandingly beautiful watching people float by periodically and wildlife flying by. We spent a lot of time in the mornings and evenings watching the Bald Eagles, Great Blue Herons, Canada Geese, bats and other birds of prey fly up and down the river. It was so relaxing! We had 3 generations in our group and it was a great layout for all. We felt safe with our littles in the great room and deck as there are gates that latch keeping them from falling down the stairs. They loved it!! We truly felt unplugged with still being connected with good WIFI. Isaiah was very responsive when we reached out. We all felt we would stay at The Emerald Bend again."

"Becky was a great host! The space was clean and the thoughtful extras (coffee and waffle mix) was helpful to my family. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. It was clean and very quaint. She answered all my questions quickly and was very responsive."
