In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Pre-arrival grocery service. Motor access (mountain road). Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Train Bernina Express:Tirano-St Moritz 55 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Aprica 25 km, Bormio 60 km, Livigno 70 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 50 km.
