Achei atendimento, cafe da manhã otimos, aparência externa muito boa. Porem o interno do quarto e banheiro (principalmente) ficam bem aquém. O banheiro nao tem secador de cabelo, poderiam oferecer kit de lavabo . Sabonete horrivel.

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Três Lagoas

Hotel com ótima localização, muito bem conservado. Café da manhã bem servido, apenas 2 observações: 1 - Os colchóes não são padrões de hotel, são de espuma então já estavam "cansados" 2 - A recepção da tv muito ruim, apesar de possuir vários canais os mesmos estavam com muito "chuviscos".

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, de frente para a Havan, para o recinto, perto de posto de combustível. Único ponto que não gostei foi que tinha 50 mil pernilongos dentro do quarto, fora isso é tudo muito bom. Com certeza indico o hotel.

Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão desrespeitoso assim, onde as 6 da manhã em um dia que estava acontecendo evento na cidade e a maioria dos hospedes era pra isso, ficamos no quarto 1 e foi horrível, funcionários ao lado conversando sem pudor, rindo, não conseguimos dormir tranquilamente, não houve nenhum respeito com o silêncio principalmente pelo horário.

O hotel é bem localizado, bom restaurante e os quartos são simples, até aí, ok, mas havia uma infestação enorme de pernilongos no quarto a ponto de ser necessário solicitar inseticida na recepção.

O Hotel em sí é excelente, mas infelizmente no atendimento, tivemos alguns problemas. Precisei entrar em contato via telefone fixo e WhatsApp para ser atendido, considerando que pelo telefone interno (9) ninguém atendia. Precisei de mais kits de higiene, e teria que ir buscar na recepção, não tinham como entregar no quarto. O ar-condicionado não foi ligado, pois as pilhas estavam fracas, e da mesma forma do kit, teria que ir na recepção buscar. Restaurante maravilhoso atendimento, serviços e alimentos. Além do espaço kids bem servido.

Péssima experiência, acesso aos quartos muito ruim, são na verdade alojamentos. Muito barulho, às 7h da manhã começaram a podar as árvores sendo quase impossível dormir ou participar de reuniões no quarto pela Web. Aos sair para o café me deparo com dois homens podando as árvores em cima do meu carro estacionado, derrubando galhos e troncos em cima, a ponto de amaçar e arranhar o veículo e ninguém do hotel me ligou ou foi até o quarto pedir para eu mudar o carro de local, um absurdo, um descaso. Pedi um beirute de jantar de frango e sem alfaces e me enviaram um de carne e com alface.
