My suggestion is that your room service needs to pay more attention, as no one cleaned my room since I arrived.

No plug for the tub, having a bathtub advertised and necessary for our young grandchildren but not able to use it.

When we checked in the guys was very pleasant and even gave us an upgrade on our room which was super nice …

There is no carpet anywhere in the hallways and rooms, so noise ricochets everywhere. I was woken up a number of times late at night by drunk guests returning to their rooms after partying. The shower did not get particularly hot - I could not get the water to get more than lukewarm. The blanket on the bed was so minimal I had to crank up the heater to be warm enough to sleep.

Not very warm and welcoming. No food or drink from outside allowed. Pillows hard as a rock, lighting in the room was very difficult to get right due to all or nothing switches. Refrigerator, if opened you are charged. Snacks on table top, if moved, at all, you’re charged. Was not impressed. Also far from the strip - need a vehicle.
