No dirt left behind. Floors are clear of dirt/spills (no mopping required). Bathrooms are left in decent condition. Kitchen sink is cleared. No food or trash is left inside or outside the structure.
All trash is bagged and placed outside the Property in the dumpster at the front gate
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
