"Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. "

"I booked a one bedroom suite and it was unavailable. I received a standard room for a few days before I requested the original room. The first room was fine. The suite was nasty! A "cleaned" towel had two eyelash strips. The tub was not cleaned. The sheets had stains. The mini fridge was leaking. The pool was closed, vending machine was broke, ATM broke, and NONE of the gym equipment worked. "
