The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever!

We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean.
