"Melissa was very accommodating making sure we were set up properly. There was a mix up with our booking and she quickly responded and sorted us out. We had a late check-in and Melissa let us check out late for some extra time by the water. I'd recommend staying at any of Melissa's places, she was a great host."

"Nice location, however, white dog hair on the couches, cobwebs on the ceilings, no top sheets or proper pillowcases, showerhead in guest bathroom spraying very poorly, and flies and other bugs attracted to light were coming through the bottom of the main sliding door."

"Stayed at Eganridge 5 years ago. It has gone from a 5 star to a 2 star and was very disappointing. Even the dining room did not meet previous experience. Food had to be sent back twice. Pictures on vrbo were not of the cabin we stayed in. Flooding and sewage back up in our cottage meant we had to move to another cottage. Staff was pleasant but did not seem motivated to solve a variety of issues."
