The holiday villa Villa Sun is located in the northwest of the beautiful island of Rügen in the village of Vaschvitz, which belongs to the municipality of Trent. 150 meters from the house in sight is the Bodden Rassower stream. The quiet, green location, the garden, two terraces and the spacious holiday home invite you to linger. Numerous water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, SUP, fishing are available in the area. The Wittow ferry and the harbor Schaprode are within easy reach. Hiddensee, which is within sight, can be visited from there by ferry. Holiday house guests have four free car parking spaces available directly at the house. The house has three bedrooms and two attic loft beds, a large living room, a dining area for 8 people, a large kitchen with dishwasher, two shower rooms, a corner bath, a sauna, two terraces, a large garden (1200m² plot) and four parking spaces at the house , For tourists, families, children, anglers and water sports highly recommended. Wir hatten ein erholsames Wochenende und haben das helle großzügige, ruhig gelegene Haus sehr genossen. Es ist der ideale Ort für einen Kurzurlaub in einer kleinen Gruppe. Für Wege zu einem Badestrand und den touristischen Highlights der Insel benötigt man ein Auto oder Fahrräder.

Schöne Tage in ruhiger Umgebung

Als Gruppe von 5 Freunden hatten wir ausreichend Platz in dem goßen hellen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr entspannte in der ruhigen Umgebung. Nette und einfache Kommunikation mit Herr Retzlaff. Klare Empfehlung! Gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus, sehr ruhig gelegen

Netter Hausverwalter, großzügiges Haus, war ideal für uns 7 erwachsene Personen, zwar etwas entfernt von den üblichen Rügener touristischen Zentren (Binz, Kap Arkona, Schaabe), dafür schön ruhig gelegen in weitläufiger Ferienanlage und toller Umgebung, hat uns sehr gefallen, kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannte Tage am Meer

Wir hatten einen herrlich ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in dem großen, hellen Ferienhaus, in dem es für uns alles gab. Herr Ratzlaff hat uns mit viel Zeit eingewiesen und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Alles war sauber und die Lage einfach nur schön.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt drei Schlafmöglichkeiten für Kinder, die nur über eine Leiter erreichbar sind. Das kommt bei den Kleinen natürlich richtig gut an! Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, locker und gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist schön und für große Familien geeignet. Schade, dass der Zugang zum Meer schwierig ist und auch die Mücken den Aufenthalt draußen beeinträchtigen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus Villa Sun bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub an der Ostsee benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und ca. 20 Fahrminuten von der nächsten größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt. Jedoch ist alles sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können die Villa Sun auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

wir haben über Ostern die Villa Sun von Tim bezogen und hatten sehr viel Spaß dort. Für die Kinder (2-4 J) war es optimal, da sie im Garten spielen konnten und 100 m weiter weg sich ein Spielplatz befand. Kleines Manko (trotzdem keinen Abzug bei der Bewertung): in einem der Schlafzimmer waren leider keine Rollos am riesen Fenster (südseite), sodass es sehr hell und entsprechend warm wurde. das konnten wir aber lösen, indem wir das Fenster mit dunklen Tüchern abgedeckt hatten. riesen Dank auch nochmal an Andrea Sommer, die sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert hat und sehr hilfsbereit war.
