  • Located just a short walk from Pieve di Tremosine, a picturesque village on Lake Garda, the property offers a peaceful setting surrounded by breathtaking scenery. From the house, you can enjoy spectacular views of Lake Garda, the olive groves, and the impressive Monte Baldo mountain range. Experience the authentic flavors of Tremosine, renowned for its local products, and explore the beautiful nature reserve that surrounds the area.
    The house Villa Mare di Luci in Tremosine with a private saltwater infinity pool is located 390 m above Gardalake and therefore offers a unique view by day and night. You reach the beaches by car within 25 minutes.
    Tremosine offers a wide range of walks. Some can get started directly from the house. The walk to the lake takes about one 1 hour downhill and offers spectacular views.
    The house is spread over two floors and offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, arranged as follows :
    groundfloor: one bedroom with lake view with bathroom ensuite, one bedroom with an extra toilette, kitchenette and living room with fantastic lake view, roofed terrace with outdoor lounge

Family holiday near Lake Garda

Beautiful views from the balconies. Lovely swimming pool. Note no washing machine, so need to be prepared to do handwashing of clothes if that is a need.

Nice place with beautiful landscape

Villa is located on the mountain so you have wonderfull view to the lake though traveling around is a bit complicated. The pool next to villa is just perfect! The only things which we missed during out 9 nights stay were airconditioner and washing maschine

The view from the villa was outstanding - day and night. In fact it is to die for and reason alone to book this place. We were there through a very hot period but being east-facing the shade from the building and over the pool was just what we needed from mid-afternoon on. The pool is excellent - not really salty at all and much better than chlorine. Parking is tight at the villa itself but not so much so that it is a big problem. Tremosine is off the beaten track so not as busy as Limone or, say, Malcesine. That suited us. But you can get to those places relatively easily if you don't mind winding mountain roads and a ferry to the latter. There were good restaurants within walking distance, or in the case of La Forra, only a short drive away. The host was excellent - immediately responding to any query/question from the day we booked to after we left. This is in no way a complaint and is meant as advice - the villa/garden/pool are on a steep hillside and probably not suitable for people with very young children or the infirm.

Herrliche Aussicht

Tolle Lage oberhalb des Sees mit spektakulärer Aussicht. Tennisplätze direkt nebenan ( Hotel) nutzbar, schöne Mountainbike Touren in der näheren Umgebung. Großzügig geschnittenes Haus mit neuen Bädern. Haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
