Lake Garda villa with exclusive swimming pool

  • On the western shore of Lake Garda (7 km), detached villa on 2 levels (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with a splendid panorama overlooking the lake. Terraced land with olive grove, reachable through a short dirt road from Via Mezzema (70 m). On the ground floor: entrance, bathroom (services and washing machine), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer), dining room, lounge with fireplace and satellite TV. Upstairs: double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, large veranda with 4 beds and satellite TV, bathroom with shower. Large dining terrace with gas barbecue, EXCLUSIVE use of a generously sized swimming pool (11x5 m), sun loungers. Parking not reserved at 70 m.
    Linen included (no pool towels).
    Cot on request (euro 5 / night).

Das Haus liegt in toller Lage. Das Haus ist zwar etwas älter, aber gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders schön ist der Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und herzlich

Toller Urlaub mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Ein tolles Stück Erde, ruhig gelegen und mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Gardasee! Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem, der Pool hat uns gut gefallen, die Natur war wunderschön und Andrea sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen, danke!

Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Ausblick auf den Gardasee

Das Haus hat eine landschaftlich einzigartige Lage. Von der Terrasse und vom Pool hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Die Fernsehanlage empfängt viele deutsche Programme und sogar ein Netflixanschluß ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und halfen beim Einladen des Gepäcks, da man nicht direkt vor dem Haus parken kann. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist dort genau richtig.

grandioser Blick auf Garda und Monte Balto

wunderschönes Haus mit einer tollen Außenanlage, sehr nette Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit sind. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den Gardasee und Monte Balto ist sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung.

Urlaub über dem See

Es war ein toller Urlaub in diesem riesigen Objekt Gut ausgestattet.Riesiger Pool. Unbezahlbarer Blick über den Gardasee hinüber nach Malcesine und die dahinter liegenden Berge. Sehr ruhig . Andrea hat uns beim Ankommen sehr geholfen und war immer telefonisch für uns da. Das kleine Örtchen Pieve kann man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.Ein italienisches Bergdörfchen wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht, ca 10 Lokalitäten zum Essen und Genießen. Zum See selbst muss man über eine ziemlich anspruchsvolle Serpentinenstraße fahren,aber es ist ja Urlaub…

Schönes, freistehendes Haus mit EIGENEM, sehr gepflegten Pool. extrem ruhige, friedliche Lage, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit WLAN und Kabelfernsehen, sensationeller Blick über den See. Vermieter sind sehr nett, waren beim Ein- und AusChecken persönlich da und haben geholfen. Pieve hat 2 Supermärkte, Apotheke, Tankstelle, sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, alles was man braucht. Wer einen tollen Urlaub in Ruhe am Pool ohne Stress will, sollte sich das hier ansehen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Eine Woche Erholung PUR

Wir waren eine Woche zu siebt in diesem schönen Haus… Ein ganz großes Dankeschön noch einmal an die tollen Vermieter, sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren bei allen Fragen jederzeit behilflich. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Lago di Garda hat alles noch einmal gesteigert und der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für die Kinder von klein bis groß ☺️ Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke für diese tolle Woche!!!

Wunderschöner Pool und ein unglaublicher Ausblick!

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt, man hat vom Haus, der Terrasse und dem Pool einen Ausblick über fast den gesamten Gardasee! Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön angelegt, das Haus befindet sich an einem Hang inmitten von Olivenbäumen, so dass sich der Pool 3 Stockwerke unterhalb des Hauseingangs befindet und über sehr schöne Terrassen / Treppen zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist über einen ca. 80m langen etwas steileren Schotterweg mit der Straße verbunden und kann mit einem normalen PKW nicht erreicht werden. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben uns aber bei An- und Abreise mit ihrem Allradfahrzeug beim Transport des Gepäcks geholfen. Auch sonst sind die Vermieter erstklassig - immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Che fantastico week end di relax!

Siamo stati ospiti dei signori Andrea e Marta nella loro splendida villa con vista lago, ed abbiamo passato 3 giorni di assoluto relax! La casa è molto bella e pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto e cura dei dettagli. Siamo venuti con il nostro bambino ed abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve. Faceva molto caldo è ci siamo goduti le giornate nella splendida piscina che si affaccia sul lago. Di giorno c'è sempre una piacevole brezza che rinfresca dal caldo estivo. Il sig. Andrea è un proprietario molto attento e premuroso che ci ha accolto con un cesto di benvenuto contenente una bottiglietta di olio di loro produzione, veramente buono e delicato. La casa è in ottimo stato e pulita. Abbiamo dormito in comodi letti e le stanze erano fresche durante la notte. La casa si raggiunge facilmente in auto. Consiglio il soggiorno a tutti, soprattutto a famiglie che cercano tranquillità e riposo.
