One of the most loved spaces? The private terrace of 20 m², perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing at sunset. Also available is a fenced garden of 60 m² furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for moments of pure relaxation surrounded by nature and with a splendid lake view.

The apartment has independent gas heating (air conditioning is not present) and 1 private outdoor parking space.
