Gite by the Dordogne

This is a beautiful property. The facilities all lived up to our expectations. My 2 adult daughters made full use of the hot tub, and usually had a glass of bubbles whilst they did it. The tabac was a lovely outdoor dining area. The peace and quiet of the location was just what we wanted and the village of Tremolat is super, with plenty of dining options.A great holiday.

Wonderful stay in Tremolat

The property was really great, it had everything we needed and the location was beautiful, only meters from the Dordogne and Tremolat was a short journey by car or bike, a little longer to walk. Our hosts, Benedicte and Oliver, were exceptional! The Marche Gourmand recommendation was a winner and playing petanque with the locals the following day, meant we had an immersive French experience. When our supermarket delivery wasn't going to arrive the day we checked in, they arranged for some friends to have it delivered, quite incredible service. Without hesitation I would recommend the house, the area and the hosts, a holiday never to be forgotten.

Great landlords with am fantastic accommodation - 100 % Reccomemdation

We had a very nice stay in the accommodation, even if the weather was unfortunately not as we had hoped. Even in bad weather you can sit in the open barn or enjoy the whirlpool and sauna. The interior is beautiful, we loved the wonderful living room and every room ist bright and nicely furnished. The landlords are super friendly and helpful at all times. On site everything is as described in the advertisement, there is no lack of equipment. Unfortunately, the neighbors are not too friendly, even though we always tried to communicate with them, but that's not the landlords' fault. It was also great for the dog, everything is fenced in and the outdoor area is divided so that the dog can't get into the pool. The only thing we would criticize would be the comfort of the beds and possibly the cleanliness of the bathrooms, if you are picky. We would come back anytime and thank you for the lovely Week.

Amazing property

This is just the most incredible place. The property itself is beautiful, the owners are kind and responsive and they have thought of everything. The outdoor space and interiors equally fantastic. You could just hole up here and have the best holiday -- but it's also a great location, in walking or cycling distance of a lovely village (with bakery, bistro and brasserie) and near the river, and only 15 minutes drive from some excellent places to visit. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

A holiday to remember!!!

The property is just as described and as seen in the pictures. The owners are more than helpful and willing to go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. The village is wonderful although a car is advisable. The range of restaurant in the village suit all tastes and budgets. Many local areas to visit and a wealth of information available in the property and was extremely helpful. Not only was the house exceptional but the grounds and facilities that go with it were fantastic from the pool to table tennis. We look forward to our return in 2024 😀 Thanks Bendicte and Olivier

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Bénédicte. Très belle maison, très agréable à vivre et très très propre. Cuisine très bien équipée, grand espace de vie et très joli extérieur. Le bain nordique a eu beaucoup de succès ! Nous reviendrons pour profiter de la piscine la prochaine fois. Très bon accueil de la part de Bénédicte qui est très sympathique et chaleureuse. Je recommande à 1000000% !!!!!!

Propriété juste PARFAITE ! Les proprietaires, au-delà d'être très sympas et disponibles, ont pensé leur maison vraiment pour les vacanciers! Ils se sont mis à notre place et ont anticipé ce dont nous (vacanciers) pourront avoir besoin. Verres plastiques pour la piscine, un manuel avec toutes les infos utiles comme les marchés, code wifi, serviettes de piscine, chaises hautes, frigo qui donne des glaçons en continu, des petites bouteilles deau nous attendaient au frais dans le frigo, vélos, tout le linge à notre dispo... cerise sur le gâteau : une décoration sublime et même un canoë pour aller à ma rivière. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, grand espace, piscine vraiment chauffée ( on y rentre direct sans trembler). Nous sommes partis à 3 familles composées de parent, ados, enfants de 9 et 7 ans et 3 bébés de 2ans et moins et le confort et tranquillité assurés pour tous! Nous reviendrons cest sûr et certain! Merci encore Benedicte et Olivier pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil

Très bon séjour dans cette superbe maison , très joliment décorée par les propriétaires ( très sympa au demeurant ) elle offre tout le confort intérieur , l ancien séchoir à tabac et la piscine se chargent de la convivialité extérieur . Assurément une adresse à visiter

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour o temps suspendu: maison typique avec beaucoup de cachet tout en restant très moderne grâce au mobilier. L équipement et le mobilier sont parfaits. Les salles de bains, salon et chambre sont magnifiques ! La disposition des pièces permet une indépendance si plusieurs familles. La maison est très calme. La piscine chauffée est un plus super agréable. Les vélos la table de ping pong les jeux bref tout pour les loisirs ! La grange abritée est très agréable pour manger. Tout est parfait ! Merci aux hôtes super agréables et disponibles!!! Nous avons passe un super séjour en famille !
