run hotel and you get the best service that’s possible in this industry. Just above and beyond!!! The entire staff is very courteous and kind. The room was well prepared with the additional bed for our kid, Breakfast was great and we loved their super fresh Mozzarella. Just wow! We were traveling in low season so naturally most businesses were closed and on one night we were stuck at Mennagio ferry terminal. We make a phone call to the hotel, they try to call a taxi for us but...

"The room was nice, however lacked shampoo & body washes, we had ants in the room too. Nice restaurant at affordable prices, with good service, however neither male or female toilets had soap, which puts a doubt into the hygiene standards. Check out time also slightly early. "
