Lovely little property in Lenno, excellent directions, clean apartment with comfortable bed. On the Greenway trail (walking path to ther towns). Very close to Lake Como, with boat stop in Lenno (limited service), much more options for ferries/water taxi just north in Cadenabbia. Only downside is you really need a car to get around (which we had); onsite parking is provided.

We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to Nejla who gave us lots of recommendations & nothing was an issue. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area as it’s not centrally located in any of the larger towns however there is a lovely walking path to get around. There is also a nice little beach to swim in the lake about a 2 minute walk from the apartments and a small restaurant that is nice right out the front which was great for afternoon aperitif or dinner. Excellent spot of you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the large towns. Also parking on site was great.

Lovely visit

Great stay! Beds were comfortable and unit very nice. Terrace with view lovely. Would definitely stay again! I do want to mention this is on a road and we did hear car traffic, I am a light sleeper but this did not bother me.

Das Appartement (zu unserer Überraschung) auf drei Ebenen entsprach in diesen in puncto Mobiliar nicht ganz den Erwartungen an ein DZ. Besonderes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Trotz Dreifachverglasung gewöhnungsbedürftig in puncto Straßenlärm.

A Lake Como gem

The property was a truly amazing place to stay on vacation. It is very well appointed and the breakfasts were superb . The owner was friendly and informative with suggestions to explore the area. The location is near to the greenway footpath and ferries which meant we were able to leave our car in the private parking space for our entire stay. This is highly recommended, we will be back.

This place was great. The owners and family are there to assist you with anything you need. The rooms are filled with various pieces of art that go along with the beautiful views of Lake Como. The room had plenty of space across 3 floors. Breakfast was delicious with made to order coffee.Walking distance to the grocery store and amazing Pizzeria Ristorante Ranch Lenno.

Villa de 1900

Villa d' architecte de 1900, rénovée. Vous êtes dans la demeure d'un artiste. Il y a des tableaux et sculptures partout qui font que l'atmosphère n'est pas vraiment chaleureuse. Je ne recommande pas la suite Mario et ces 3 niveaux. Le personnel et la propriétaire sont sympathique et de bon conseil pour les sorties. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très bon malgré le petit déjeuner inclus.

Lago Como

We rented a car at MXP and drove up to the property. Roberta made sure we were welcomed and could easily park the car. She took us to our room and made sure to familiarize us. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner that evening. At breakfast, she reviewed our plans and continued to personalize the recommendations. This we would not get at a hotel. She has excellent focus on detail and knew how to make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Lake Como area. It is only a few minute walk to the boat terminal that gives access to most of the lake, without a car.

Overall, it was good a good value. Pros: Super friendly staff, breakfast was great (yogurt, granola, eggs, cakes, fruit, coffee/tea), historical building/art gallery, comes with free parking Cons: Wifi was basically nonexistent in the room, our room was right off the main road so it was really loud (we were able to sleep okay with earplugs), check in hours are limited and you need to call them to meet you (which might be tough if you didn't plan on getting a data plan)

Прекрасная вилла, с потрясающими видами на озеро Комо! В пешей доступности вилла Бальбьянелла -лучшая на побережье, 5 минут езды до виллы Карлотты. Рядом проходит живописный пешеходный маршрут green way, до центра Ленно и его причала минут 10 приятной прогулки! Рядом супермаркет. Утром сервируют прекрасные завтраки. Обстановка очень стильная и комфортная! Душа этого места -чудесная Роберта! Она очень искренне старается сделать ваш отдых ярким и незабываемым и помогает в любых вопросах. Спасибо ей огромное за рекомендации и наше чудесное путешествие!

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Ich hätte eine perfekte Punktzahl gegeben wäre die Terrasse sauberer gewesen, eigentlich hätte ich daraufhinweisen können, aber das habe ich versäumt, also eher schuld. Der frühstücksraum ist unglaublich schön gestaltet, was das ganze Haus. Man hat mir auch eine einzelgarage gegeben. Eigentlich nur eine wunderschöne Erfahrung!

En skøn villa med en fantastisk udsigt

Min veninde og jeg boede her i to døgn, vi var 100% tilfreds med opholdet. Vi boede i en skøn 3 vær. lejlighed med en kæmpe terasse, hvorfra vi kunne nyde den storslåede udsigt til Comosøen. Opholdet var inkl. dejlig morgenmad. Personalet var yderst serviceminded. Det er et sted vi med glæde vender tilbage til.

Super nice art hotel with lovely garden

We had a really good time while staying at this hotel! It is close to the lake and there are several spots where you can go for a swim. It's not too far from the place where you can take the ferry, and there is a grocery store nearby. The breakfast was served in the garden, which was lovely! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could park our car right outside the building, which was convenient. Our room had three floors and was very much like an art museum. It was super nice, definitely one of the best room I have stayed in! You could hear some noise from the street outside, but that didn't bothered us. I don't remember the performance of the wifi, we used our cellphone roaming.

Roberta's place is very well located, just on the outskirts of Lenno. You can walk along the Greenway di Lago into lenno in about 10 minutes. The apartment we stayed in was over 3 floors with plenty of space, bright and always a comfortable cool temperature. A continental breakfast was served from the kitchen every morning with a very personal feel as Roberta was always on hand to chat and recommend day excursions and places to visit around the lake. We would highly recommend staying here to all of our friends and family. Very reasonably priced given its location and size of apartment! Thanks Roberta for a lovely stay, Ciao!

Apartment was lovely. Beautiful design and very clean. Breakfast was great too! The location is a perfect point from which it's easy to explore Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, Bellagio, Varenna (short boat rides) etc. The only criticism we had was nobody was there when we arrived as it's not a hotel but private apartments, so be sure to let them know your arrival time in advance.
