Brandnew apartment with stunning view and pool

  • In brand new villa with 2 apartments for 8 people each which can ideally be united to one private villa for a maximum of 16 people. Stunning view on Lake Como with Isola Comacina and surrounding mountains. Swimmingpool and sun deck.

    A beautiful small beach (partly sandy) can be directly reached in 20m across the road.

    Apartment 2: First floor with spacy terrace where you can enjoy “al fresco” dining with stunning view on the lake and mountains. 4 bedrooms: 2 with king-size doublebed and 2 with each 2 singlebeds, 4 fully equipped bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathrooms (2 with shower box and 1 with bathtube/shower), 4th bathroom is separate with shower box. Openplan kitchen-dining-living. Free WiFi and TV. Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer, Oven, Cooking, Washingmachine and Tumbler, Ironing.
    The apartments are accessed at the rear of the house from an undercover public car space. 1 free parking place is included in the quote.

A Slice of Paradise – Truly Exceptional

From start to finish, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The property manager was beyond incredible—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Not only was the home itself immaculate and beautifully designed, but they also helped us book taxis, a boat tour, and made fantastic restaurant recommendations. It made the whole trip effortless and extra special. Every detail in the house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing!

We are a family with three young children. The accommodations were clean, very comfortable and conveniently located to Tremezzo , Como and quick boat ride to Bellagio. The apartment was great! Tolle Unterkunft & toller Aufenthalt

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Aussicht, Pool, ... alles perfekt ! Durch die Nähe zum See und der davor verlaufenden Straße hört mann die Straße beim draußen sitzen auf der sehr komfortablen Terrasse natürlich; bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist davon absolut nichts zu hören ! Es gibt auch einen sehr guten Grill zu der Wohnung, der in der Ausstattung (noch) nicht aufgeführt ist.

Relax and while away the hours admiring the spectacular view

After a very communicative booking process we were welcomed by the delightful Wendy and Mario. They ensured ease of arrival directing us to the very convenient on-property covered parking, making us feel instantly at home and had a lot of great suggestions for our stay. Wendy was a quick text away for anything we needed and a thoughtful welcome basket and detailed guest book also got us off to a great start. The apartment is very well appointed, spacious and extremely clean, we were five but it can easily accommodate eight. Although there is a lot to explore on foot and by car, a refreshing dip in the pool and sitting on the patio enjoying the view was a highlight. Three of the four bedrooms, with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms, enjoy the same view of the lake and island - what a way to start the day. Bring a good pair of walking shoes (from my Dad!) so you can meander through the quaint streets in the local villages and enjoy the Greenway and don't miss a fabulous dinner experience on the island. I was concerned at how close the road was but it created entertainment and was not at all intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful apartment and hope one day our travels will bring us back, four nights was definitely not enough.

Clean,modern,stunning view

Had a great week with our family. Modern,well equipped apartment. The view was very lovely. Swimming pool well maintained. Easy walk to the ferry and Greenway walk. Helpful,pleasant people checked us in. All the apartment lacked was a full length mirror and a barbecue but I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful! Phenomenal view of the Island.

Wonderful stay! 3 nights in this updated flat with friends was not long enough. The owner was immediately responsive. She has a wonderful team with Wendy and Mario who were SO helpful from start to finish. Their love of the area shows in their work! Will definitely return!
