"Convenient location. Spacious room. Staff and service were excellent!!! Everyone I encountered were amazing and very helpful. However, the room was very outdated, had multiple gross stains on carpet that looked like dog’s urine (corners near bed, tale legs etc), multiple silverfish bugs were living in the bathroom, also a lot of spider webs inside and outside the window. The WiFi was not fast enough comparing to other hotels. After running speed test it showed 12/20mbps. The A/C wasn’t really cooling room even though it was set to the lowest temperature. I stayed for 4 nights. Shower head was leaking and hose was spraying around which made it difficult to use. Bathroom hook was loose from the wall. General maintenance and updates are needed for this room."

"Great location, comfortable beds, best spread for breakfast that we have ever seen - the attention of the food preparation and display is too notch! The view from our 12 floor room was breathtaking. Only negative would be a more enclosed shower stall that doesn't get the whole floor wet, and more storage space so you can unpack a bit."
