Small terraced house "Arbenn 1", 2 storeys. In the centre of Treguier, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: courtyard, public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 200 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Plougrescant" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 40 km, walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cathédrale Saint-Yves 250 m, centre-ville historique 100 m, Paimpol 15 km, Ile de Bréhat 20 km, Plougrescant 7 km, Perros-Guirec 21 km.
"Arbenn 1", 3-room terraced house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room, window onto the courtyard with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
