Pen Ty mitoyen indépendant totalement de plain-pied, accessible à personne à mobilité réduite.
Exposé sud-ouest et restauré en respectant le caractère ancien du bâtiment, le logement est très lumineux.
Parfait pour deux personnes (plus bébé), possible pour quatre.
Petit jardin clos et arboré de 100 m2.
Composé d'un séjour - cuisine équipée 30 m2, d'une chambre (lit 140) et d'une salle d'eau aménagée pour personne à mobilité réduite.
Situé à 300 m du centre et 800 m des plages.
Tous commerces et plages accessibles à pied depuis le Pen Ty.
Au cœur de la côte de granit rose.
Nous acceptons les chiens (pas les chats) moyennant 30€ par séjour.
Suite à des travaux d'aménagement de la voirie par la commune interdisant le stationnement devant la maison, le parking se fait à l'arrière du bâtiment, ou le long de la rue sur des places aménagées à plus de 100 m du logement. Une place de parking (PMR) personne à mobilité réduite est située à moins de 50 m du logement.
N'hésitez pas à laisser un message sur le répondeur, je vous rappelle rapidement.
