This charming 120m2 house offers you a warm and comfortable space. From the entrance, its dining area welcomes you with its large table and living room equipped with a sofa, a television and a stone fireplace which is not usable but brings a crazy charm to the room. You will also find its independent and fully equipped kitchen; with an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, a mixer arm as well as a food processor and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Upstairs, you will access the bedrooms, with a first one with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and a baby bed. The second is equipped with a Queen Size bed and a single bed and the last one with two single beds (90/190). A water room is also accessible with two independent toilets. You can easily access the garden at the back with its garden furniture to fully enjoy your outdoor holidays and its sea view.



The house is also equipped with equipment for children (toys, high chair, baby bed / playpen, stair gate).
