Spacious villa, 80 m², near the beaches of the ocean (less than 2 kms) and the port of Guilvinec, on large enclosed garden of 750 m² with terrace and private parking, in quiet and residential area.
The interior is composed of: - 3 bedrooms with a 160 bed, a 140, and 2x90. - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrig / freezer, induction hob, open to the living room, - a laundry room with washing machine, and dryer, - a dining area - living room with TV, board games.
- the toilets are independent - bathroom, with walk-in shower, hairdryer
Outside : The garden furniture and deckchairs, you will enjoy the terrace and barbecue.

A SPECIAL "ONE COUPLE" rate is offered for couples using only one room in average and low season AT THE RATE OF 350 € per week, or 50 € per night.

Sehr sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem nah am Ortskern, sehr schönes Grundstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Vermieterin, Frau Nolot, immer bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ich komme gerne im Nächsten Jahr wieder hierher. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Très bon séjour, logement spacieux propre très bien équipé et au calme, propriétaire logeant juste a côté donc pratique en-cas de besoin et pour l'arrivée et le départ, je recommande.
Das Ferienhaus ist schön, gepflegt, geräumig, hübsch eingerichtet, .... und sogar eine Flasche bretonischer Cidre stand zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank :-)
Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett. Sie haben mich sogar zur Werkstatt begleitet als mein Auto defekt war und mich bei der Kommunikation (kann leider nur mäßig französisch) unterstützt.

Une très belle région la pointe de la torche et toute la côte jusqu'à benodet. Superbe météo! L accueil de la propriétaire très bien superbe maison que je recommanderais sans problème!

Großzügiges , schön eingerichtetes Ferienaus
Die Leute sind sehr nett und geben sich sehr viel Mühe, die Wohnung ist ebenerdig. Küche hervorragend eingerichtet, drei Schlafzimmer, Bad, Waschmaschine, Terasse. alles da.
Das Haus liegt im Ort, zum Bäcker oder zum Hafen muß man entweder fahren oder gut zu Fuß sein (jedenfalls für heutige Verhältnisse.
Ebenerdiger Eingang und ebenerdige Dusche, Bad und Toilette sind aber einwenig eng, also begrenzt rollstuhlgerecht.
