"We arrived early after our flight and attendant worked hard at finding rooms that were ready early. Very happy. "

"We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. We were upgraded to a better room due to ours not being ready yet and it was beautiful. Staff couldnt have been any better! Bathroom and shower was amazing too! "

"Property is beautiful. A lot of different restaurants and bars in walking distance around the hotel. Crack’d is a breakfast spot that’s just around the corner that has amazing breakfast. Staff is great. I just hate that as much as I stay there they charge $8 for per package that you have delivered there. I’ll use an Amazon locker going forward "

"We did not see pets. Only one person in front desk. Did not visit the bar. The sofa bed was very unconfortable. The internet service was out for the time of our stay (from Wednesday to Friday). They said it was due to a faillure in the area."

"The front desk gentlemen was truly a blessing in disguise. He was so sweet. Little did he know that I needed this little staycation and just as positivity and generosity made my night a lot more special. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out. But I’m sure hard rock can find that out."
