Welcome to Palms n Paradise – your perfect island getaway! Nestled in the tranquil beauty of the Abaco Islands, Treasure Cay is renowned for its top-rated beaches and offers a peaceful, authentic Bahamian experience away from the crowds. Our newly renovated oceanfront home provides stunning views of the Sea of Abaco and is ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the serenity of island life.

Property Highlights:

5 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms: Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, the home features a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, three additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft area with two queen beds. Three of the bedrooms offer gorgeous ocean views through sliding glass doors that open onto the porch.

Master Bathroom: Luxurious double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Additional Bathrooms: Two more bathrooms, each with large walk-in showers for convenience and comfort.

Open-Concept Living: The airy floor plan includes a large dining table, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and cozy seating areas featuring a comfortable couch and accent chairs. The entire back wall of the living room boasts 3 sets of glass doors that offer panoramic views of the stunning ocean.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Perfect for preparing island-inspired meals and frosty tropical drinks, the kitchen comes fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you need for an enjoyable stay. The refriderator is double filtered with water softner and reverse osmosis tank making the ice and beverage center perfectly suitable for drinking. The pitcher of water will refill once door is closed, and the ice maker produces 2 sizes of ice for your beverages. If more ice is needed the commercial ice machine is in the garage and is also filtered.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the fresh island air on the spacious covered patio, with ample seating to relax with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. For outdoor dining, there's a grill and a table with seating for 8—ideal for cookouts and sunset meals.

Dock & Water Activities:

50’ Dock with Dolphin Poles: Watch marine life come to life right at your doorstep, including sea turtles, stingrays, dolphins, and colorful fish. The dock is perfect for mooring a boat (rentals available from the nearby marina) and includes a fish cleaning station with water and power on the dock for those who enjoy a day out fishing. Additionally, there’s a commercial ice maker with 250 pounds of storage capacity hooked up to a water softner and reverse osmosis ultraviolet light, ideal for all your fishing and boating needs. In the garage is also a stand alone freezer and a refridgerator w/freezer for extra space for beverages and food.

Lower Landing: A great spot to jump into the crystal-clear waters or launch one of the provided kayaks from the dedicated kayak dock.

Chilling in Treasure

The pictures of the house do not do it justice. We just spent 2 weeks there with 4 adults and 4 kids and we did not feel crammed, plenty of space for everyone. The separate garage with a full size fridge, ice maker and bait freezer was a huge bonus as we had 2 weeks of supplies. The owner was very responsive with any questions. i would highly recommend this place to anyone that is going.

Beautiful Stay on Treasure Cay

Property is beautiful and well maintained. Dock is in great condition. Our 43’ center console fit easily and depth was not an issue. This is a great location to use as a base especially if you are boaters. Customs/Immigration came directly to the house to check us in. Beautiful views in a very relaxing setting. We will be back!

Home was a true "Treasure"!

This lovely home was so comfortable with great seating inside and outside...everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook with, the view was gorgeous and the location was the best! Hosts, Nathan and Tonya, replied to us almost instantly after we wrote them and they were very accomodating. When we return to Treasure Cay some day we will definitely want to stay here again.

Great Treasure of a house

We had a great stay at the house and everything was as advertised. The golf cart is worth the extra bonus to get to the local store. The kitchen was fully stocked and we left a number of unopened food items (spices, sauces, etc.) that we thought the cleaning crew or next group of guests might enjoy. The garage housed an extra refrigerator, ice maker and freezer and we used all. When renting, keep in mind the fifth bedroom with two queens is in a loft and there is no door to close off the space. Not considered an issue because after a full day in the son, the house gets quiet with sleeping guests pretty early.

Beautiful Home

This home is immaculate and beautiful. The backyard was a sanctuary. My children loved going out on the dock every morning and saying hi to the sea turtles that would swim right up. Will stay again! Only thing to note- stock up on groceries before getting to treasure. There aren’t many places to eat so cooking is a must. Service at restaurants is on island time so if you have littles you will likely want to eat at home!

Paradise Found!

Palms & Paradise is a gem...beautifully situated with your own private beach a few yards away and an open water view with easy access to boating! The home is also newly renovated in beautiful neutral tones and feels very much the beach get away. A well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds are icing on the cake. Be sure to take advantage of the owner's network of service providers as well...they could not have been nicer or more reliable. This was our first trip to the Abacos, and we all absolutely loved it!

Great house/location

Perfect house for a group 7 adults, 3 children. Amenities were top notch. Right on the water, short paddle from nice little beach. Owners were quick to respond with any inquiries.

Amazing Place

The house was very roomy and comfortable, good size kitchen , comfortable beds, and the location is awesome. The water right out the back and dock for boats was perfect. Not far from the little town to grab a bite or go to the beach club. We would definitely stay again, the home owners very super responsive and very helpful. The locals are very friendly and accommodating as well. Could t have asked for a better experience.

Great house with an incredible view

The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too so we could explored a little more of the area. The owners were super helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The property manager Jackie was great and also owns a taxi company so we arranged several trips with him during our stay and picked us up at airport and took a us by grocery store on way to house. Jackie and his team were very kind and shared lots of stories about the island. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We would def recommend staying ant Palms n Paradise and if you are into boating they have a great dock just steps from the back door.

Treasure Cay Paradise

This home is absolutely stunning, with unbeatable access to the Sea of Abaco! We docked our rental boat right out back, where it was well-protected and perfectly positioned for easy excursions to the nearby islands, each offering its own unique restaurants and lively watering holes. The property itself was a flawless 10/10—immaculate, beautifully appointed, and ideally located.What truly elevated our experience was Jackie, the caretaker and driver. He was an invaluable resource, seamlessly arranging everything from golf carts to boat rentals while always accommodating our ever-changing plans with a smile.My wife and our two friends came for a quick three-day getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Treasure Cay is a truly special place, and we’re already counting down the days until we return!

Awesome house in an awesome location!

Such a gorgeous location. The house is beautiful. Very comfortable with lots of room for our group of 7 adults. You can literally swim to your own personal sandbar. The house is well stocked and well equipped with bikes and floats. The owners and Jackie (property manager) were so helpful when we ran into some boat trouble. We hope to visit again!

Girls trip made better!

My friends and I stayed here for my 30th birthday this past weekend. The house photos do not give it justice. The house is perfect for large groups with comfortable beds, couches, lots of towels, and a large dining table for us all to eat at. The view is great and close to the harbor entrance, which was convenient as we had a charter pick us up right at the dock one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful Treasure property

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house accommodated everyone from 3 years to 80! From the start of booking our trip the Crosby’s made everything so easy. “Jackie”, our driver allowed us to stop at the store from the airport to pick up any necessities. The house has everything needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and the boat dock. This will be a place we will return to!

Amazing time in Treasure Cay

We absolutely loved our short stay in Treasure Cay. Missy was incredibly responsive and helpful ahead of time as we made transportation and meal plans. Fritz at Cornish car rental went above and beyond and Jaya (Yorline) made us a beautiful Bahamian meal as we enjoyed the beach and kayaks in our backyard. The home was clean and exactly as shown on photos. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful time away. Thank you Missy and Richard.

Totally enjoyed our stay!

We had 5 guys on a fishing trip and arrived by boat. The channel and dock are easily navigated with good electronics. We really appreciated the fish cleaning table and freshwater hose for cleaning and flushing motors. The home is very comfortable and clean and offers pleanty of seating both inside and out. Don’t hesitate to book this property. We already look forward to returning.

AMAZING

Five college girlfriends celebrated our 50th birthdays at this home and it was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular! The owners were so kind and answered our many questions. They even got us an extra bike so we all could have one! I hope to go back with my family soon!

Great week!

The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was even better in person than the online photos. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The views were amazing and the beach across the bay was an easy swim or kayak across to enjoy. The caretakers made our travel to and from the airport very easy. They were helpful in getting us to the grocery store and pointing out all of the must see places on the island. This was the first week of vaca with our first grandchild and one of our son’s got engaged while we were here. It was a great place to make many memories and enjoy a week with our family.

Excellent location with boat slip in Treasure Cay

Our home for the week was clean, well equipped and accommodated our group of 4 comfortably. We all loved the sea wall and explored the ocean life near it every morning! The dock is huge and was a great place to jump on other boats. Our boat was perfectly safe and secure and at night we turned the underwater lights on to observe more underwater life at night. The little sandbar across the channel was the best place for us to gather with the 6 other groups of pirates we were traveling with ;-)) The house allowed us to not worry about accommodations and we could focus on enjoying our vacation!

Gorgeous and on the water

Our group of 8 walked directly to the ocean behind the house, which was absolutely gorgeous, and we all decided to swim without delay. We changed and were in the water within minutes. The water is crystal clear. The owners had provisioned the house with everything needed inside and out (including a fishing pole, kayaks, and bicycles). Note, dinner options are a 1.5-2.5 miles away, so be aware of that when making plans, but the one we went to had a beautiful beach-front view and some very good fish and other options. More than one member of the group talked about a return trip.
