Luxury Vacation! The Best of the Best! Ocean Villa Treasure Cay, Bahamas

FULLY equipped Luxury Villa. Bedroom #1 with a king-sized bed with a Serta pillow top mattress with protective cover, and a Smart flat screen TV and full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two full-sized beds, also with Serta pillowtop mattresses with protective covers and a smart flat screen TV. Also has a full bathroom and a sliding glass door to a private outdoor patio. All bed linens and bath towels are provided.
We also have lots of beach towels!
Full kitchen with all new GE appliances: oven and stove, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, 45 decibels quite dishwasher, large built- microwave and Keurig K-cup coffee brewer, coffeemaker, airfryer and tea kettle. Also supplied are kitchen cookware, bakeware and utensils.
Living area has a new large flat screen Smart TV. The villa has a very spacious feel with cathedral ceilings throughout, and the tropical decor make this your perfect island get-away! It is equipped with central air conditioning, WiFi (Wireless Internet- free service when you bring your own laptop) and two telephones: one for placing local calls and receiving calls from anywhere in the world, and the other for free calls to and from the U.S. and Canada. Outdoors, enjoy our new gas grill, the heated salt water pool on the premises, and tropical landscaping that separates each unit in this residential community of 25 villas.
Treasure Cay is a very secure private resort, ideal for swimming, boating, golfing (18 holes), and exploring the surrounding islands. Only minutes away, you can find the beach bars, restaurants, a post office, supermarket, liquor store, police and fire station, churches and a medical center, as well as cars, golf carts, bikes, tennis courts and boats for rent. The white powdery sand of the world-famous Treasure Cay Beach, one of National Geographic's "10 Best Beaches in the World" and turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco are just 50 yards from our doorstep.covers

This property was exactly what we needed after coming off a one week cruise on a catamaran. Very peaceful, beautiful great location close to the beach and the pool. Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Can’t wait to come back here. I would book immediately.

Great Family destination.

We had an incredible time. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and very cozy. Location was great having the pool out the front door and the beach a short walk away. Nancy included everything we needed from nice towels (pool/beach towels too), soap, plenty of kitchenware, nice beds, and a bbq. Communication was great, manager on site was quick to respond and address any issues we had. If you want a place to unplug and relax, this is the place to go.

Impressed within not only cleanliness of Villa but cute decor and kitchen well stocked. Also appreciated the nice touch of a gift bag with special gifts. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. With beach and boating wanted to be able to wash beach towels and bathing suits. Would have been nice to have dryer to dry clothes. One other suggestion is full length mirror . A place to slow down

My family recently rented this Ocean Villa over Spring Break. The villa was clean, check-in was easy, and communication with the host as well as the onsite property manager was ideal. We traveled with young children and felt safe. Also everyone staying on the property, regulars and newbies alike were very friendly. We traveled to Treasure Cay because we wanted to be off the beating path. I knew before traveling that Ábaco was in recovery from the hurricane in 2019 but did not anticipate how slow the recovery would be in some areas. I would have given 5 stars but the water and power went out on our first day at the Villa. Also the water pressure was inconsistent throughout the week we stayed. The host and the property manager were quick to reply to my messages and kept us informed of the status of the issue. It was a city issue and not in their control and I was told this has not happened in a while. However, it may be helpful to remind folks about the recovery status when they book. We still had a good time and enjoyed the safe and quiet beach life during our trip!

Buddies and I rented this property while on a fishing trip. The host Nancy was excellent and extremely helpful and answered questions quickly. The property was updated and very nice and extremely clean. Comfortable bedding, very nicely equipped kitchen and the beach is right behind the property just a quick walk to one of the best beaches in the world. Very close to the local breakfast spot and convivence store as well as beach bar and restaurant. Highly recommend. 5 Stars

Great Villa by beautiful beach

Nancy’s villa was perfect for my husband and me. The pool was a great alternating activity to ocean swimming. She had lots of great info about things to do and contact numbers too. A home away from home

We couldn't of asked for anything more. It was perfect being able to have everything so close (the perfect secluded white sand beach to the boat rentals in the harbor) without having to drive all over the island. The house was filled with amenities and it felt like a second home. I just wish we could have stayed longer. I will be back and maybe next time will find time to golf.

This is a favorite location for our Spring Break and Ocean Villa #908 was a great place to be. Nancy and Louie were easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. The villa is just steps from a great pool and a short walk to the ocean and beautiful white sand beach. There are good restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Thursday night Pizza is always a "must do" where you meet friends and later dance the night away. Thanks again to Nancy and Louie for a splendid Spring Break.

I almost don’t want to write a nice review because I want it to be available the next time I want to visit!!! It’s small and cozy and decorated so cute. I am an organized person and was impressed with every drawer I opened. It was by far the cleanest property that I have stayed on in Treasure and I have been visiting for about 8 years multiple times a year. We all slept great, which is important to our family. The unit is right across the pool so if you have kids you can watch them from the porch. The beach is just steps away. I will definitely stay here again!

Even Better then the Listing!

We stayed for 7 nights and it served as a great home base! The unit is actually better then the pictures and everything was high quality from the linens and towels, to cookware to the furniture. Treasure Cay is a little out of the way and still getting over hurricane Dorian, but we rented a car for a couple of days and then rented a boat (across the street) for a couple of days. We had sundown drinks at the resort next door and linner (lunch/dinner) and a superbowl party at Florence's. The beach is right there, a 2 minute walk and the pool looked very clean. Although there was only two of us the Villa would comfortably hold at least 4. This is a great place to stay and Nancy was a great host!

Location was perfect. you can walk to multiple restaraunts, the grocery store and you are steps from an amazing beach. The property was clean, AC worked well and was everything we needed for a good nights sleep for 3 adults and one child. Nancy was super responsive and Mike (female) property manager was very nice

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa, just steps from an amazing beach!

My husband, 10 year old granddaughter and I stayed at this lovely villa for 24 days and loved it! The villa is beautifully decorated and everything we needed to be comfortable was included. We enjoyed the pool being so close, and the ocean with amazing clean white sand such a short walk away. My sunrise walks each morning were so peaceful! Groceries were just a short walk away as well and Florence's Bakery is not to be missed! We found multiple good restaurants nearby, especially Treasure Sands, where we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! Our interactions with the owners were all very positive and helpful. We can hardly wait to return to Treasure Cay and will definitely rent this same property!
