We wanted find a space that was seclusive with scenery to explore and do activities whilst also have time to relax by the fire. "I was hesitant about booking this place due to some bad reviews regarding dogs. After being stuck in my car for 25 minutes due to an aggressive dog not letting me out of the vehicle, I was right to question whether this place was right for me. "

"Overall the place was nice for a tiny home. It was a bit disappointing that there was a property so close to the accomodation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I would also suggest to the owner to put the Jiffy fire lighters outside as the accomodation smelt like fuel when we arrived. Some of the electrics were not working as well. Be prepared to cut up all of your firewood into tiny slithers as that is all that you will manage to fit into the fireplace. All in all a pretty...

"My sisters and I stayed in the off site unit as we wanted accomodation we could all share but with enough beds for the 3 of us. The unit was very comfortable with everything we needed for a single nights stay. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions for the dvd player as we couldnt get it to work and I'm not sure if there was a wifi password also available ? Otherwise a great stay thanks."

"Asides from the narrow door into the shower in the cabin i cant fault the place at all, The people in the office were friendly and helpful, they had already turned on air con so the cabin was warm when i got in and overall a great stay, highly recommended when staying in the area "

Girls Trip at Fig Tree House

"We absolutely adored this place and want to come back. My friends and I had our girls' trip here this year and it was incredible. From the start, the communication was fantastic, quick and friendly. The house is beautifully decorated with so much character, and all the appliances and facilities are as advertised. We used the laundry, kitchen and bathroom with no problems. We loved visiting the Yea market and the community atmosphere in town is lovely. We had a wonderful time together in the house, everyone slept well and the furniture is very comfortable. I recommend this place very highly, especially if you're someone who appreciates attention to detail and a cosy atmosphere."

"Superb two night break at Michelton. The room was lovely and very comfortable, with the bath adding the killer touch! Excellent service from the moment we arrived - at reception, in the restaurant and spa, and during the wine tasting. We really couldn’t find fault with anything.
