Great location walking distance all the resort amenities, dining and bars, not to mention the amazing Golf Courses. This condo is very well equipped with the furnishings. Recent updates included carpet, new appliances, furniture, flat screen TVs, mattresses, deck, and artwork. Bring your friends, as you'll have plenty of space to accommodate them with 1800 square feet of living space. The vaulted ceilings, a natural stone fireplace and awesome sunset views, make this a welcoming place to stay. Best of all, you can enjoy the Shanty Creek Beach Club on beautiful and sandy Lake Bellaire. and Take the shuttle ride to and down town Bellaire and to Shuss Mnt Ski Hill, Dinning, Movies, And Shorts Brew Pub.
