    Welcome to Eastside One #338 – an upscale urban one-bedroom condo with fully equipped kitchen and modern, fresh, cozy furnishings. This newly built condo blends northern charm with city vibes with its 10-foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, and on-trend décor.

Tableware, utensils, barware, cookware, pots/pans, glassware, plastic drinkware, Keurig/pods, tea, drip coffeemaker/filters, and some spices included.

    Pets are not allowed per our pet policy. This unit is 600 sq. ft. and fits 2 comfortably. Extra guests are $50/each per stay.

Perfect for Bayshore

Close to everything but far enough away that we weren't disturbed when sleeping. Hot tubs on the roof were fabulous, everything was so clean, would love to stay here again! Only things to note was the coffee pot was broken/leaky and the bedroom needs blackout curtains.

The place is nice and looks just like the pics. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to the light that poured in at night through the curtains. We couldn’t sleep very well and the bed was a tad uncomfortable. The hot tubs were dirty as well so we didn’t use them. The hosts were great and very responsive. Other than that the place was as described. Very clean. Very quiet! Nice place that could be great with some better pillows a new mattress and black curtains in the bedroom.
